Twelve Days of Christmas Flash Mobs: Guerrilla handbells

Improv Everywhere is a New York collective that exists for the sole purpose of causing scenes of chaos and joy in public places.
Highlights include an annual No Pants Subway Ride and throwing a stranger a surprise wedding reception outside the registry office complete with presents and drunk best-man speech.
Here they are in 2009 supporting a Salvation Army worker with their Guerrilla Handbell Strikeforce.
We like this clip because it’s not a performance and it’s not advertising anything, which so many flash mobs do. It exists for the moment and then disappears into the ether — like magic.
