Credit Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele for reading the White House schedule, the one that features President Obama today proposing a new jobs-boosting program in the midst of pervasive high unemployment.
Obama, Steele says in a letter to the White House today, should be looking for ways to create jobs -- which indeed is what Obama will be talking about at the Brookings Institution in Washington today (at 11:15 a.m. EST), with a speech about his new plans for the economy.
