Fernando Trujillo, a 28-year-old Latino man, was shot in the neck in a drive-by shooting at 1200 S. Gramercy Place in the Country Club Park area at about 9:20 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2. Trujillo was taken to a local hospital, where he was declared dead at 5:05 a.m. the next day, Feb. 3. The shooting was gang-related, said Officer Kate Lopez of LAPD’s media relations office. Detectives with LAPD’s Wilshire Division are investigating.
