East Los Angeles: Man, 27, shot in parked car

Victor Tellez, a 27-year-old Latino, died of several gunshot wounds to the head on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, at Hubbart Street and Fraser Avenue in East Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
Tellez was shot as he sat in a parked car, according to Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department records.
