A shakeup is definitely in order for the top half of this week’s edition of SF Valley/North regional Southern Section rankings for boys’ basketball, considering one of the teams ranked in the top three last time around lost three games last week. Three games! Thanks Renaldo Woolridge & Co. I owe you guys one.

Lancaster, in at No. 7 a week ago, certainly didn’t do me any favors, losing two games along with the top stop in the Golden League standings. Needless to say, the Eagles won’t be making an appearance in the top 10, not based on their lackluster play lately. So, without any further delay, here are the rankings:

1. Campbell Hall (20-5): Playoffs right around corner for Jrue Holiday and the boys.

2. Simi Valley (22-1): Can wrap up Marmonte League title Wednesday

3. Crespi (18-7): Joe Fauria and Blake Stanton rounding into form.

4. Thousand Oaks (17-6): Scare from Moorpark was wake-up call

5. Harvard-Westlake (18-7): Looked like a lock to win Mission League. Not anymore.

6. Saugus (20-4): Tied with Valencia for first in Foothill League.

7. Dos Pueblos (17-7): Two more wins complete undefeated run in Channel League.

8. Oak Park (17-6): Long-time rival Oaks Christian looms on Friday

9. Knight (18-7): Paul George and the Hawks are flying high.

10. Highland (17-8): The Bulldogs, led by Kyisean Reed, are peaking at right time.
