Football: Blackledge gets St. Bonaventure on the board

Darrell Scott who? It appears as if St. Bonaventure might have found a capable replacement for Scott, who was the Seraphs’ star running back a season ago before committing to Colorado. And his name is Devon Blackledge.

The junior is making the most of his opportunity Friday night. He busted threw the line of scrimmage, outran the secondary and scored on a 73-yard touchdown run to give the Seraphs a 7-0 lead over Santa Margarita at the end of the first quarter.
