USC-bound Reggie Wyatt of Riverside La Sierra is the best 300-meter hurdler in the nation, and he’s not a bad 400-meter runner either.

He showed off his speed at the Mt. Carmel Invitational this past weekend, running the 300 hurdles in 36.59 and letting everyone know he’s going to try to break former Taft standout Jeshua Anderson’s national record of 35.38. He also ran the 400 a day earlier in 46.67.

Here’s the report from Dyestatcal.com. Wyatt was forced to sit out last season after transferring from Riverside North.
