Girls’ volleyball: Ex-baseball player switches sports

Bobby Paschal was a standout pitcher at West Hills Chaminade, then went to USC and Cal State Northridge before giving up baseball after playing in the minor leagues.

Now he’s the athletic director and girls’ volleyball coach at Lakeview Terrace Delphi Academy, where the team is 4-0 and has won 16 consecutive matches over two seasons.

Paschal got his volleyball knowledge from watching Pepperdine work out. And if the baseball team if needs a pitching coach . . .
