Basketball: City Section teams can play in another tournament

City Section coaches are scrambling to add another tournament to their schedules this season after being told their teams can play in four tournaments and have two practice games because of a change in rules.

Last season, they were told if they played in a fourth tournament, they’d be limited to one practice game.

So look for some additional tournaments taking place because of the change.
