Upland junior quarterback Nate Romine tossed a three-yard touchdown pass to junior tight end Anthony Romero with 1:33 before halftime to give the Highlanders a 28-10 lead over Loyola.
Upland marched 43 yards in just six plays, 33 of them on a long run down the left side by senior running back Marques Mosley.
Also, Upland’s stadium is at capacity. A crowd of about 4,000 is on hand.
