Vic Eumont has resigned as football coach at Studio City Harvard-Westlake, creating a much-desired opening even though the Wolverines have struggled to build a football program comparable to their powerhouse basketball and baseball programs. Look for lots of candidates to seek the position.
Eumont was 40-26-2 in six seasons as coach. His program has been getting better.
Brian Walsh has resigned as coach at Long Beach St. Anthony, creating another private-school opening. Also looking for a coach is St. Paul.
