The latest coaching change is at Arizona State, where there are reports that June Jones will leave SMU to replace Dennis Erickson as coach. Or not.

Jones has been recruiting Southern California players to SMU. Now the question is will they follow him to Arizona State if hired?

City Section standouts Gabe Marks (Venice) and Robert Lewis (South East) are both committed to SMU. Jones will surely try to get both to Arizona State if he were to take the job.

‘If June goes to Arizona State, there’s a greater chance Robert will go there,’ South East Coach Derwin Henderson said.

Crespi receiver Chris Harper recently committed to SMU.
