Mexico earthquake: 6.7 magnitude temblor reported in Guerrero

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.7 was reported in Mexico’s Guerrero state Saturday, 22 miles from Teloloapan, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The temblor occurred at 5:47 p.m.
The depth was recorded at 39.8 miles.
Times correspondent Daniel Hernandez tweeted from Mexico City: ‘The quake was VERY strong. Everyone is on the streets. #MexicoCity.’
