A 38-year-old New York man who was found strangled in a Marina del Rey apartment was identified as Dr. Paul Soloman, a podiatrist. Sheriff’s homicide detectives said Soloman, who lived in Queens, N.Y., was found in the apartment at 14104 Panay Way by a neighbor.
