Front Against Terrorism Formed

BONN — French Premier Laurent Fabius and West German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, responding to a rash of terrorist attacks, agreed today to create a united European front against terrorism. West German officials announced separately that the terrorism question will be discussed with Italian Interior Minister Oscar Luigi Scalfaro whe he visits Bonn next week and with Belgian security officials.
