A grove of citrus trees will become an eight-acre block of town homes in the north-central part of Glendora. Hughes Development Corp. will build the three-story houses that are expected to sell for about $150,000 each. The block is bordered by Bennett, Minnesota, Whitcomb and Cullen avenues and is north of Finkbinder Park. The City Council has given the project its unanimous approval.
