Seminar Planned on Construction Firm Operation
How to establish and operate a profitable construction company will be the topic of a seminar Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Westin Hotel in Costa Mesa, sponsored by Women Construction Owners and Executives.
The seminar leader will be WCOE President Nina Tate, president of her own construction company and chief financial officer for Weir-Casady in Glendale.
Highlights of the discussion will include organization and management of a new firm, legal requirements, accounting practices, banking relationships and insurance and bonding needs.
