Town Houses Open Today in Huntington Beach Project
The Club Series in SeaCliff on the Greens opens today in Huntington Beach with a first phase of 33 one-, two- and three-bedroom town houses priced from $209,500 to $277,500.
Twenty-one of the units have been sold and 30 of the 51 in the second phase have been reserved, according to a spokeswoman for Cayman Development Co., developers of the $45-million project in the 112-acre SeaCliff on the Greens planned community.
The two-story units are designed by Johannes Van Tilburg & Partners, Santa Monica, in a Mediterranean motif and range in size from 1,960 to 2,250 square feet. Early spring move-ins are scheduled and the monthly homeowners association fee is about $134.
Buyers of the first 84 units in the development will receive a free one-year social membership in the country club as well as a one-year free membership in the SeaCliff Tennis Club.
Five models decorated by Kellard-Baron Designs, Beverly Hills, are open every day except Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. three-fourths of a mile west of Golden West Street off Palm Avenue.
