Del Webb Firm Agrees to Purchase 308-Acre Site

Del E. Webb Development Co. developer and master planner of Sun City and Sun City West, Ariz., has purchased 296.7 acres of land adjacent to Sun City West from the Maricopa County Municipal Water Conservation District 1 for $2.6 million for Phase 2 development.
