John Moran, a director and minority shareholder of Household International, said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that he requested the list last month. He said in the filing that he plans to use the list to communicate with other stockholders of the Prospect Heights, Ill.-based consumer-services company on matters of common interest. These, he said, include the firm’s recent adoption of an anti-takeover plan and the election of directors scheduled for the annual meeting May 14. Moran said the firm’s board did not renominate him as a director.
