The Houston-based company also said it intends to file suit to invalidate American Natural Resources bylaw amendments that require advance notification of director nominations. Coastal Corp. reported that it will propose a 14-man slate of directors to be voted on at ANR’s annual meeting April 24. Coastal Chairman Oscar Wyatt Jr. also sent a letter to each of ANR’s directors asking for a meeting to discuss his $60-per-share takeover offer. ANR is headquartered in Detroit.
