Construction Detour Set:Construction of a sewer for the Sycamore Hills Development will affect traffic on Laguna Canyon Road for about 2 miles, from the GTE property to El Toro Road. During the work, two-way traffic will be maintained by detouring northbound motorists to the two-way left-turn lane. The northbound bicycle lane will be closed. The project is expected to be completed June 15.
