A California pilot scouting filming locations for a moviemaker was killed when his helicopter became entangled in telephone lines and crashed about 40 miles southeast of Anchorage, the Federal Aviation Administration said. FAA spokesman Paul Steucke said Richard Holley of Somis, Calif., was the victim. Steucke said the Bell 206, leased from Alaska Helicopters Inc. by Cannon Films Industries, went down near the Alaska Railroad tunnels south of Portage. Holley was an employee of the film company, Steucke said. The Cannon film crew is in Alaska to shoot exterior scenes for a movie tentatively entitled “Runaway Train,” starring Jon Voight and Karen Allen.
