Seven Hospitals Meet 1985 Emergency-Care Standards

The American Heart Assn. has announced that seven Westside hospitals met the 1985-86 Emergency Heart Care standards.
The hospitals are: Beverly Hills Medical Center, Brotman Medical Center, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Daniel Freeman Marina Hospital, St. John’s Hospital, and Health Center, Santa Monica Hospital Medical Center, and UCLA Hospital and Clinics.
The hospitals’ emergency departments include equipment necessary to provide emergency care to victims od heart attacks.
