MissionWood Town House Community Opens Today

A new community of 53 one- and two-story town houses, MissionWood, opens today at 15125 Nordhoff St., Sepulveda, with the single-level plan specifically designed for handicapped persons.
The unit for the handicapped has one bedroom and one bath. One double-level plan has one bedroom, loft and 1 1/2 baths, the other has dual master bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Approximate square footages range from 700 to 1,300.
Prices range from $85,900 to $110,900 with VA and FHA financing available. Other financing plans are in prospect. Move-ins are scheduled for late March.
Features include private courtyard patios, direct access to two-car garages, fireplaces and pre-wiring for telephone, cable TV and individual security systems. The complex offers swimming pool and spa, sun decks and landscaped lawns, trees and shrubs. The monthly homeowners fee is $73.44.
Two decorated models are open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Thursdays and Fridays or at other times by appointment with the developer, Interim Property Development Corp., Encino.
