Firm Buys Two Retail Centers

G R Management, a shopping center owning and managing firm headquartered in Fountain Valley, has purchased two centers for a total of $4 million.
They are the 82,258-square-foot Paramount Plaza, Alondra Boulevard and Downey Avenue, Paramount, bought from Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Co., and the 60,200-square-foot Oak Tree Plaza in the 900 block of Diamond Bar Boulevard, Diamond Bar, from Crocker Bank.
