A 30-year-old Escondido man was struck and killed early Sunday as he walked along a freeway exit after leaving his disabled car, the California Highway Patrol reported. Dusan Radjenovic was struck by a car on the Centre City Parkway South ramp off of northbound Interstate 15. Albert Latta, 20, of Vista, the driver of the car that struck Radjenovic, was not injured.
