Cal Poly Pomona Plays Central Missouri Today

Cal Poly Pomona plays Central Missouri State for the NCAA Division II women’s basketball championship today at Springfield, Mass.
Cal Poly Pomona (25-7) is making its third appearance in the NCAA championship game in four seasons. The Broncos beat Tuskegee Institute, Ala., for the title in 1981-82 and lost in the final to Virginia Union in 1982-83.
Central Missouri State (28-3) won the championship last season.
