Three people killed Saturday when a pickup truck ran a stop sign at Buckman Springs Road and Old Highway 80 near Jacumba and collided with another car have been identified by San Diego County coroner’s deputies. Dead at the scene were Linda Perillo, 40, a social worker, and Christopher Onweller, 14. Tammy Sue Kiefer, 18, died at the University of California, San Diego, Medical Center, about four hours after the accident. All three were Santee residents. Joseph Murphy of San Diego, driver of the pickup truck, will be charged with manslaughter and felony drunk driving, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said. Murphy, 26, is in stable condition at Sharp Memorial Hospital.
