MADISON, Wis. — The remains of architect Frank Lloyd Wright have been exhumed, cremated and sent to Scottsdale, Ariz., to be placed next to those of his widow, Olgivanna, who died earlier this month.
County Coroner Clyde Chamberlain Jr. said the cremation took place Monday. Wright was 89 when he died in 1959 in Arizona and was buried in a family cemetery in the valley below Taliesin, the Wright summer home in Wisconsin.
