Opening Today for Stratford Ridge Homes

Barratt San Diego will hold grand opening ceremonies today from noon to 4 p.m. for Stratford Ridge, a community planned for a total of 97 single-family homes in the Mira Mesa area of San Diego.

The one- and two-story homes, in three floor plans, contain three and four bedrooms and two to three baths in 1,364 to 1,950 square feet of living area. They are priced fromm $119,990 to $144,690, with VA, FHA and conventional financing. Phase 1, today’s opener, contains 12 homes scheduled for June occupancy.

Home features include wood-burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, radius-head windows, oak kitchen cabinets; one plan has the option of a three-car garage.

Three furnished models will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 7520 Camass St., off Mira Mesa Boulevard.
