Tunnel Started at Promontory

Construction has begun at the extremely unusual approach to The Promontory, a Meister Development Group project of residences ranging from 1,600 to 1,900 square feet in three floor plans on 20.5 acres with views of Scripps Lake in San Diego.
To minimize disruption of the natural terrain, the company is digging a tunnel through the spur of a hill. After leaving the tunnel the entrance drive will loop and pass over a bridge to provide access to the homes.
