One Dead in Boat Accident

MUSKEGON, Mich. — A 21-foot cabin cruiser with seven persons aboard rammed a breakwater at full throttle, killing one person, officials said Monday. The other six passengers were injured, one of them seriously, in the Sunday night incident, the authorities said.
