Two charities based in London said that enough food has arrived in Ethiopia to feed all famine victims for the next four months, but that only a third has been handed out because of distribution problems. Officials of Oxfam and the Save the Children Fund said that 550,000 tons of grain has been shipped to Ethiopia since January, but lack of vehicles, spare parts and fuel, compounded by guerrilla warfare in the north, is hampering delivery.
