Club Pacific for Water-Sport fan

CEBU CITY, Philippines — Club Pacific, 46 miles north of here on the island of Cebu, is made for water-sports fans, with windsurfing boards, scuba diving equipment, speedboats, motorized bancas (outriggers) and other equipment, along with two 45-foot vessels available for charter.
The club has 28 bungalows and 32 cottages on the beach, a private bar, seafood restaurant and clubhouse restaurant. Rates are $28 a couple for a cottage, $46 for a bungalow.
