Mine at Egypt Beach Kills 4

CAIRO — Four British children playing on a Red Sea beach were killed by a mine left from Mideast wars, police said Sunday. A British diplomat said the youngsters, ages 4 to 7, “apparently were digging in the sand, and it went off.” The incident occurred Saturday at Ein Sokhna, south of the Suez Canal.
