Taco Bell has announced two senior management changes. James P. Loser has been named vice president of marketing and Michael J. Collins has been named vice president of franchise sales for the Irvine-based Mexican food chain.
Loser, 45, was previously owner of JPL Associates, Inc., a food industry consulting firm in Indianapolis. He will oversee all marketing and advertising for the company. Loser replaces Larry Higby, who was recently named president and chief executive of America’s Pharmacy Inc., a division of Caremark.
Collins, 36, previously was vice president of sales at Pepsi-Cola’s Food Service Division. At Taco Bell, he will oversee all franchise sales activity. Taco Bell is a wholly owned subsidiary of PepsiCo Inc. of New York.
