An Insane Law?
Regarding “The Home Improvement Liability That Lingers” (by John Dreyfuss, April 26): It is insane that the Kubichans might be sued because a child fell into a pond Jon Kubichan once built. Certainly what happened was a tragedy, and nobody’s fault. When are we going to stop seeking someone to blame and to pay for our problems? No wonder so many Americans think our courts are a giant joke.
