Sizzler Restaurants may buy another company.

Los Angeles-based Sizzler and Tenly Enterprises of Rockville, Md., jointly reported that they have signed a letter of intent under which Sizzler will acquire Tenly. Terms of the agreement were not announced. Sizzler owns, operates and franchises 465 Sizzler restaurants and Tenly owns and operates about 80 Rustler Restaurants and two Curly’s Garage theme restaurants. Tenly also manages about 25 steak houses.
