$36-Million Desert Community Planned

A 34.06-acre site has been acquired on Cook Street at Hovely Lane in Palm Desert for a $36-million tennis-oriented residential community to be known as Desert Springs Tennis Club.
When completed, the community--a project of Circle Z Development Inc.--will include 154 villas, seven tennis courts and a stadium court, a community clubhouse and five swimming pools and spas. Working drawings are being prepared by Charles Walton Associates AIA Inc.
