Construction on a $60-million, 15-story office complex in Concord, Calif. is scheduled to begin June 1, with occupancy slated for late 1986. A joint venture of the The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the U.S. and Tishman Realty & Construction Co. Inc., the 364,000-square-foot building will be Contra Costa county’s tallest.
Located at the intersection of Clayton Road and Park Street, One Concord Centre will be the focus of downtown Concord’s redevelopment. A second identical tower is planned for completion in 1989.
