Managua Prelate in Rome

ROME — Archbishops Miguel Obando y Bravo of Managua, Nicaragua, and John J. O’Connor of New York arrived Monday to attend the consistory that will elevate them to cardinals of the Roman Catholic Church. The two and 26 others will receive their red hats from Pope John Paul II at the Vatican on Saturday.
