Soviet Aide Due in Canada

MOSCOW — Vitaly I. Vorotnikov, a member of the ruling Soviet Politburo and premier of the Russian Federation, will visit Canada for six days starting next Monday, a Canadian Embassy official said Tuesday. Vorotnikov is expected to visit Ottawa, Edmonton and Calgary before returning to Moscow on June 1, the official said.
