Get Sportswriters Back on Track

Last Sunday you placed the Pac-10 track championship results article on Page 18 and the results summary on Page 21. The summary was incomplete and had the wrong team winning.

This meet had excellent performances and many of the athletes may be in the Olympics in 1988. We in Southern California are real sports fans and your disregard for our college conference is gross.

Bring back your sportswriters who realize “spikes” aren’t only slam dunks.
