City Posts Filled:Vacancies on two municipal agencies in Laguna Beach were filled by the City Council last week. Dana C. Acker was appointed to the city’s nine-member Art Commission, which advises the City Council on artistic matters, to complete the term of Lee Unger, who resigned. The council also filled two vacancies on the Board of Adjustment, which considers requests for variances from city zoning ordinances. David Berkson will complete Wayne Petersen’s term, which ends in February, 1987. John Hefti replaces Carol Adams, whose term expires next February.
