Massachusetts Firm Wins Breach of Contract Suit

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — American Science & Engineering Inc. said it was awarded in federal claims court $743,477 in its breach of contract suit against the federal government.
The company said the government may appeal the judgment.
The suit began in 1977 and is related to licensing of cat scanner technology.
