Reagan Proclaims Week for Minority Development

WASHINGTON — President Reagan on Tuesday proclaimed Oct. 6-12 as Minority Enterprise Development Week, saying that “emphasis on opportunity works to the benefit of all Americans, but it especially helps Americans who are members of minority groups.”
