Hong Kong Group to Meet

PEKING — The first meeting of an Anglo-Chinese group that will oversee Hong Kong’s transition to Chinese sovereignty in 1997 will convene July 22-25 in London, the Foreign Ministry said Wednesday. The Joint Liaison Group was formally established Monday.
