Surf Yellow in Germany

EAST BERLIN — The water along some beach areas of the East German Baltic Coast has turned bright yellow due to pollen falling from trees, newspapers reported over the weekend. The microscopic particles will eventually dissolve in the water and pose no danger to swimmers, they said.
