Toronto — A 42-year political dynasty in Canada’s largest province has come to an end with the swearing-in of David Peterson, 41, as premier of Ontario. Peterson took office Wednesday along with 22 cabinet ministers to form the first Liberal party governmewnt in the province since 1943.
